Display Tax Calculation for Function Rooms

Stay is enhanced to display the tax breakdown as a tooltip for each applicable item in the Estimated Charges section of a function room. Previously, the tax breakdown was not displayed.

When users hover over the tax amount displayed for an item, the tooltip containing the breakdown for the tax amount calculated is displayed.
